The last day of November and I just wanted to updated my foot and groin from yesterday. My foot feels pretty good, not to bad and my groin seems alright too so my goal in December is to get going again, that is if my body will let me! November was kind of a bad month and I didn't get alot of running in, so I feel I need to make a better commitment even if that means cross training is involved... The last 6 months have been frustrating as I have been injured for most of the time, and I just want to be healthy and able to train a little harder so I hope I can to this in the up coming week's and months..

I hope everybody has a great Sunday!

I ran out towards Payson this morning, my 405 went a little crazy on me by recording my first mile a little soon so I stopped to see what was happening and Michelle scared the living crap out of me! It was a good laugh. We ran together for most of the run and it was nice having someone to talk to, but the pace was a little brisk for my tattered body, but it was fun... My average pace was 8:27 and my total time was 35:49, I forgot my heart rate monitor so I don't have any numbers on that... Michelle did see one shooting star so that finally brings the number up to 5 so far this winter year, its been a long drought for those darn things so that was pretty cool... My groin felt good but my foot (PF) was starting to ache by the time I got done, with that said I am debating on what to do and I might take the rest of the month off to see if I can get over this darn Planters. Its just so hard to take that much time off but I just can't get it better, it doesn't get any worse but it doesn't heal up either, so I don't know what to do!

I finished up with my standard upper body weight training and some push-ups...

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out to the base of Harry's and Pretty little road and then watched for some shooting stars but could see any so I headed back to the house. My hip and groin felt pretty good, no pain, but my foot was still bothering me but not as bad as it has been I did take 800 mil of IBpro meds so maybe that took the edge off! My average pace was 9:00 with my heart rate average at 141, total time was 40:08 I just took it nice and easy. I finished up with my lower body weight training on the Bowflex, and then some core training on the rubber ball after that I  finished up with some push-ups...

Lets see what tomorrow brings.

No running today... My foot is just not healing up the way that I would like so I took an extra day off, I feel that it is getting better but I want it completely healed by the Christmas Holiday... I think that I will run a few days and then take a few days off and just see how it goes, I need to get this darn thing feeling better. Day by day I guess is the best measure at this point, I am committed to blogging though mainly because it gives me hope for my future running and I'm just nosey by nature.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran up loafer and then when I hit the stop sign I turned towards the mail boxes, I felt pretty good going up[ only minimal pain in the foot. I had some mild discomfort towards the end of the run but it was tolerable... I had a marathon pace mile in there at 8:03, well it was an adjusted MP mile, I've been injured for so long I don't know what my true MP is! Average heart rate was 138 total time was, 35:40 and my average pace was 8:44... I woke up kind of late so no time for strength training this morning, got-a-go!

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out towards Payson this cold morning, it was noticeably colder this morning than it has been. Took it pretty easy the whole way, average pace was 9:06 with my heart rate average at 139, total time was 37:13... No shooting stars again this morning, its pretty weird. My foot felt okay today, in fact the best it has been so far since the marathon... I am hoping that it continues on the same path and I can start increasing my mileage just a little bit. I would like to be up in the upper thirties for a week by the time Christmas gets here, but I will continue to take it easy;-) I finished up with my upper body workout on the Bowflex and thats about it for today...

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out towards Pretty little hill and the base of Harry's hill took alittle break and then headed home, my foot felt okay but it was getting sore towards the end again... I had a strange thing happen with about a half a mile left before I got to my house my legs just went south on me I haven't had that happen to me for a long while. It was just weird! My average pace 8:49 with may heart rate average at 150(kind A High) and my total time was 39:54... Thats about it, I'm beginning to sound like a broken record but what can I do, absolutely nothing!

See Monday.
