I did 40:00 minutes on the elliptical this morning, average heart rate was 135... I also did 30 minutes of strength training on my upper body, two sets of each exersize worked all major muscle groups, yada yada yada. Not much else to say except 2 weeks down and and 4 more to go, I am counting the days. A congrats goes out to all the bloggers who accomplished PR's at the TOU Marathon over the weekend, good job to all.

See Ya Tomorrow.

45:00 minutes on the elliptical again this morning, I also did some weight training on my legs that took me about 30 minutes, along with some core training... My leg felt good today I am getting ancy and want to go try it out, but I won't, average heart rate was 132 so I treated it like a recovery run and I kept it pretty steady.

See ya tomorrow.

50:00 minutes on the elliptical this morning, again! My legs were kind of tired from the strength training yesterday so I really went easy today, my average heart rate was 129 and that was with a warm up of about 5:00 minutes and then a cool down of 6:00, most of the workout was done at a rpm between 90 and 95 and then the warm up and cool down were more like 75 to 80 on the RPM... During the 90 to 95 speed my heart rate was right at 135 and then the rest of the time it was below 130. My leg is still healing, it still will bother me every so often but it is less and less so I am just trying to keep the faith.

See Ya Tomorrow.

40:00 minutes on the elliptical and I wanted to check my fitness level today. I was able to keep my heart rate up at 167 and hold if for 6 minutes and I could of held that for a good while, so that tells me I have not lost any fitness to this point, average heart rate was 133. I am half way through my 6 week period so I wanted to check and see where I am at, and I am pleased so far. I also did 30 minutes of core training and the standard 80 push-ups in between each set of the core training. Thats about it today, I am really busy...

See Ya tomorrow.
