My goal was to run out to mini GU and damn the costs, I was able to do it but my pace each mile just slowed until I was at a slow jog towards the end... My calf did okay but my abdomen did not, its just really tender and sore and I don't know why. My first mile is generally pretty good and then each mile I get slower and slower, its hard to understand.  I did pick it up for one mile and I was able to do a 8:26 mile but my stomach area was really sore and it was really sore the rest of the way...  I really don't know what to think and I don't know if I should go to the doctor or not, if it is a strain then it will just need to take some time to heal, I just don't know. It has been a tough go the last few months and I guess I'll just keep doing what I can do and see if it gets better the next week or so and if doesn't then I guess  I'll need to go to the Doctor. I finished up with some lower body weight training, I feel lucky to just get a run in today.

See you tomorrow.

I ran out towards Payson this morning and gave her another try, my legs still feel beat up and tired, my abdomen seem to do a little better but I did take some ibuprofen before the run so it must have taken the edge off some. My pace was a little better but I had to really work myself just to keep it under an 9 minute pace average, but my calf seemed fine if I could only get me abdomen to co-operate I might be able to get back into it. Depending on how things go and if I get back to training then I might sign up for the Snow Canyon Half Marathon in November, but at this point that is only wishful thinking... My average pace was 8:57 and my total time was 36:37, I'm pretty happy with the whole run really, after the run I did some lower body weight training to finish up.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house all via canal road and the stake center, pace was a lot better today for some reason. I still have that darn abdomen discomfort but I seemed to work through it better today and it wasn't to bad, my average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 51:57, I couldn't have ran any farther than I did but I am happy with the run and it was a step in the right direction.

See ya tomorrow.
