I ran the Payson Park loop this morning via canal road, I felt pretty good but towards the end my legs started to feel really tired but it was still a good run. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time of 1:01:07, after the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I didn't do any crunches as I am still trying to get my abdominal strain feeling better and it was feeling much better today so I'm hoping I'm on the road to recovery with that.

See ya tomorrow.

This was one of the worst runs of my life! My legs were dead from the get go, not fun! I ran out Past mini GU and then back to the house all via canal road, my average pace was way slow at 8:58 and my total time was 1:04:32... After the run I did my upper body weight training and then I finished up with some push-ups. I really wonder if runs like this ever really make a difference, I felt like I was wasting my time out there today.

See ya tomorrow.

No running today. I might run a little after work maybe later this evening but the way my legs felt on wednesday I might just cut my loses and go long tomorrow. I have found out that sometimes with running that some weeks less is better, this might be one of those weeks:) Aw to be young again! Not!

See ya tomorrow.

I was hoping that I would have a good run this morning where I had taken a couple of days off and I did have a pretty good run, I felt pretty good through out the run and my pace was up beat... A lot of the miles were in the 8:10 to 8:15 range and then I had a few slower miles as well so a pretty good mix, I ran out past GU and then down into the river bottoms and then I ran my 2 mile loop down in there and then headed back to the house the same way. I was able to see a few friends along the way which always makes it fun... When I got back to the house I had some Gatorade at the top of the street so I fueled up and then ran out past the old and then back to the house, I was feeling pretty good so I did another 2 mile loop out past the stake center and then back to the house.. My average pace was 8:22 with a total time of 2:15:35, I had planed on just doing 14 miles but I felt so good that I felt like a few more so I went with it, it was a beautiful morning.

See ya Monday
