The plan was to get up early and do 10 or so but my stomach wouldn't ket me get out of the house, but after it calmed done I was able ti get out for a few miles which is better than nothing at all. My average pace was decent at 8:35 with a total time of 52:22, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups. Time to start getting after it for St George, let the fun begin.
