I ran with Steve and Alan up to the gate on Mount Loafer canyon road, I felt pretty good on the way up, I tried not to push it to much. I had 3 MP miles on the way down and they were,  7:29, 7:24, 7:17, my average pace was 9:08 with a total time of 1:11:35. Very steep uphill and it is a great workout both ways, up and down. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups.

See Ya tomorrow.

I ran out to Mini Gu via canal road, my legs were pretty trashed from yesterday's run so I kept it nice and easy, nothing to fancy.

See ya tomorrow.

I ran out to Mini Gu again and then back to the house via canal road, I had to take a little detour on the way back as they were resurfacing the road along the canal. My average pace 8:27 with a total time of 55:00, I finished up with my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. I felt pretty decent this morning.

See ya tomorrow.

I struggled through a 15 miler this morning, this is my first 40 Plus mile week in a long while so my legs were pretty darn tired, I ran with Dan most of the way. My average pace was slow at 9:11 with a total time of 2:19:40, I just need to stay consistent and keep pounding out these 40 mile weeks for another month and then see if I can peak at over 50 miles a week closer to the marathon.

See ya Monday.
