I ran down into the river bottoms and then back to the house via canal road, I felt okay but I just felt like I was spinning from the time I woke up this morning, just really weird... My pace was pretty good at 8:32 with a total time of 1:54:15, I had one MP mile towards the end 7:59... I felt a little stronger toward the end which was nice, at least my pace was a little quicker and it felt pretty comfortable. I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups, it was a good end to the week.
