So I didn't even get out this morning, I was going to go at like 5am but I slept through my alarm and then I didn't have enough time to run before my golf that I had planned so I ran nothing today... kind of a lousy week of training but I did get some hill work in but I need to make sure on Saturday"s that I don't schedule anymore golf unless its in the afternoon, it screws everything up as far as my long run goes.
