I ran after work and I ran out past the stake center and towards Mini GU and then back to the house, I felt pretty sluggish the first couple of miles but a little better towards the end, my average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 38:08. It was good to get another run in and I am glad that I went out again, I need to make a commitment to get up in the morning and get it done. It just makes the day go better and then I don't have to try and find time after work.
