I started with the usual warm-up on the elliptical and then I alternated between the elliptical and the treadmill; 10 minutes running and then 10 minutes on the elliptical. Average pace for the running was 9:25, just nice and easy and then on the elliptical I just kept the RPM above the 90 speed, no resistance today on the elliptical... The hip felt pretty good and the groin seemed to do okay once it got loosened up, so all in all it was a better workout than I have had in awhile so very encouraging;-) Happy New Year to all of you, see ya tomorrow.
