I finally was able to get some of my speed back today, I am still not 100 percent but I feel like I am on the road to recovery. My calf still bothered me for the first mile until it got loosened up and then it felt alright, but still nowhere near 100 percent maybe 75 percent at best. My over all time was 51:05 for the 6 miles which is on the right track. I also did 20 minutes of light leg wieght training and core area. It was a beautiful mourning for a run. |
