I worked out on the elipitcal glider today, total time 40:00. My calf felt pretty good. I am going to try and run tomorrow and see how it goes, my goal is to do 5 miles and just test it and see how it holds up. I also did 40 minutes of upper and lower body wieght training I will try and keep an even pace tomorrow I don't want to over do it and injure it again. |
