I ran the Payson Park Loop this morning but I didn't extend down into the park, I haven't ran in over a week so I decided to cut out the rollers. My legs felt okay but after 3 or 4 miles they started to feel it pretty good, but where I haven't run for over a week I think that is to be expected. My average pace was 8:36 with a total time of 53:31, I had a negative split on the way back. After the run I did some light upper body weight training, I Have decided I need to get back to doing the weight lifting, it has been good start to the week for a change. See ya tomorrow.
