I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road, it was cold but not to bad. Pace seemed okay, I was to cold to look at my watch so I just tired to stay warm. Average pace was 8:34 with a total time of 52:05, I'm having a hard time staying motivated this winter. I'm glad I was able to get out this morning, my day seems to go better when I do.
