I ran out past the stake center and towards Mini GU, I felt okay but my legs are still way dead and my hernia that's not a hernia was supper sore for some dumb reason! I really thought I was on the road to recovery there but apparently not!  My average pace was slow 9:28 with a total time of 38:41. I feel so horrible anymore that I really wonder why I'm still running, it has been a frustrating 2 or 3 months. On a lighter note my stepson Mason comes home from his mission today! I can't believe its been 2 years already!
