First run after the Marathon, my legs were tolerable for the most part, no major aches and pains just the ones expected. They are still pretty tired and heavy but they are on the mend, the pace was nice and slow and I just tried to enjoy the morning. My average pace was 9:11 with my total time at 37:12, after the run I did some lite upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I will probably run tomorrow barring some weird ache or pain but it will be pretty lite for the most part. See ya tomorrow.
