I ran the Payson Park loop this morning and it wasn't a good run at all, it was pretty much a death march and the last two miles were brutally tough! I was having stomach issues the last 2 miles or so and I barley made it home if you know what I mean, not a pretty sight! My legs were just so dead today and I don't know why, maybe it was the up tempo type run on Saturday but that wasn't even that big of deal because I was pretty much the same as during the week, my average pace that is, so I really don't know why it was such a pain this morning.  My average pace was way slow at 8:54 with a total time of 1:03:27, I finished up with some upper body weight training and then some push-ups, the strength training was even tough, I must be coming down with something or it was just a bad day! Maybe tomorrow will be better.
