I warmed up with 20 minutes on the elliptical and then I went to the treadmill and did 21 minutes at a 9:13 pace for a total of 2.30 miles and then I did another 20 minutes on the elliptical to finish up. The last 20 minutes I kept the RPM above 95, so all in all it was a good workout a total of 61 minutes. I wanted to see how my groin would hold up with this type of workout and see if I could handle it, if I recover for tomorrow then I will continue with this until I am healed up... I don't think I will lose any fitness with this kind of work out and it will keep me happy until I can get passed the groin pull! I also finished up with some upper body weight training on the BowFlex same workout as usual and some push-ups... See ya tomorrow. |
