Mile warmup and drills. 2 miles easy to and around the upper cemetery. Strides then started the workout. 800, 1000, 1 mile, 1000, 1000 all with 90 sec rest except 2 min after the 800. 800 was 2:15, 1000 in 2:55, 4:45 for mile, 1000 in 3:02. At this point I was pretty exhausted so I didn't know how the last 1000 was gonna be. Pushed through and hit 2:50. Good simulation for last mile of the race and huge confidence builder to hit that split when I was feeling drained. 1.5 mile cool down, talked to Michael for a little, he's a great guy
