2 mile warmup. 10X200 at mile pace with 90 sec active rest, basically just me and Thom today. Splits were 31-33 for the first 8 with a 29 on the 3rd or 4th one. Last 2 were both 28s. Pretty easy workout so I wanted to go faster but coach said to keep it controlled. Cool down to 6 miles and 20 min on the bike.
