AM
2 mi warm up with Griffin on the trails. Then out to the roundabout for 6 x :75 second reps w/ 3:00 walk after, 1 mi cool down. Wore my Garmin today to see splits which were 5:50, 5:40, 5:30 for the last 4. I felt a little sluggish starting out today, so i'm ok with the 5:30 pace, but would like these to be in the 5:15-ish range when i feel better. Will start wearing my Garmin more on these workouts to get pacing feedback while effort is still determined by feel.
