AM: I ran 2.5 on the treadmill while watching the new episode of American Horror Story.
PM: I met up with Billy, Danny, and Levi at SHP for a workout. We did an inner loop in the park for warm up, then we stretched. The workout was starting at the far end of the field by the river, then running across the field and up the hill, over to the street down and around back to the starting line, then continue to the second one where we ran up the hill but then we went straight down the hill, then up it again then over to the street and back to the starting line as recovery. We did this until we went up the hill 3 times. The recovery was at 6 minute mile pace and the striding up the hill and across the field was supposed to be faster than 6 minute mile pace. We got 1.5 miles of this. We finished with a mile cooldown. This was a very tiring workout.
