AM: Today at my fitness class they just went on a run. I warmed up a mile around campus then headed up to the track and did an 800, Bryce was there so I did it with him. I hit a 3:06, slow....:( Then I ran up to Mario Capecci (Or however you spell it), down to sunnyside, down to 1900 East then home. 5 miles.
PM: 2x150 meter strides then an 800 with Larry, ran a 2:59 so a better time. Then 14x150 meter strides on Highlands Track, then another 800 in 2:58 so a bit better also. Then I ran a half mile in the park, put my weights on and ran another 800 then a lap on the road. Went to the market and got a protein shake and ice and took a 15 minute ice bath when I got home.... My legs are exhausted!
