This afternoon I went over to the Skyline HS track and ran in lane 5. 4 laps warm up, 4 laps speed changes, and 4 laps cooldown then I ran out and back 100 meters the get to 3.5
Went down to Cottonwood Complex to run an extended version of the Regions course. Half mile loop but I did the course overextending the turns I made to add distance. Great hot run.
