Went over to the Skyline HS track. I ran 4 laps warmup in lane 4, then did 4 laps of running up and down the bleachers, finish the lap around the track and throw in some drills. Then I cooled down until 4. My shin hurt the entire run so I think it is time to pull out the compression socks. I might go on a short run later to see if that helps my legs.
