Noon excersize.
My work has a small run down gym, but after a week of not exercising and still having pain in my leg I decided the gym wasn't that bad. I rode the sit down type bike for 5 minutes and did 10 on the eliptical. Just before I finished a few older Asian women that work on the floor must have been on break but they came and laid down on the floor or sat down on equimpent to rest. At least the room gets some use. Maybe next week I'll really go for it and exercise 20 minutes. |
