Observations:
Realized after 2 miles, I was running too fast - Although I was happy with that pace. I am typically a slow starter. That pace felt easy, breezey!
Began to purposefully slow my pace
Around mile 6, I realized that it was a lot of hard work to slow my pace to 10:00. I decided to just run and let my pace drop to a natural flow. It appears that somewhere between 9:30 and 9:35 is my sweet spot.
