  • I planned to  do 13 miles, but the temperature was so favorable I decided to go further. I felt strong and could have kept running. I figured that I'd save some miles for tomorrow.
  • I will finish the week about 3 miles shy of targeted goal for the week. It is always a struggle getting back into sync following summer break.
