- Any miles under 10:00 at this point of my training is HUGE! I had 4 miles under 10 minutes! These are very small steps, but I'll take any that I can achieve
- 7 mi - 9:47 / 8 mi - 9:30 / 9 mi - 9:23 / 10.01 mi - 9:14
- It was only 75°! It felt like a cold front this morning!
