- I was supposed to run 6 miles, but I ran out of time. It was a rough workout. I felt so slow and weighted down until my 4th mile. By then, I just couldn't run fast enough to finish my mileage. On the plus side, my overall average pace was faster than the prescribed pace of 10:52.
