| Went 4 on a cool trail up to first dam with preston. took of my shirt, wow my body is so white I need black paint to put under my eyes to block the glare from my chest. we did fiji yoga after, couldnt quite find shabosna

| just ran a mile to warm up on the track in the ARC. then did leg day wow fam got sore.

| did a nice loop with preston by the temple, down my the tabernacle, along main, and up 1000 to the stadium then to our house. did some upper body plyos after in the house.

| warmed up 1.5 miles on the track in the fieldhouse then lifted. feeling pretty good overall fitness wise. i have no idea how much i weigh would be cool to know.

| started from my dorm on campus, headed up toward the canyon, cut through the country club gold course, and got up on the bonneville shoreline trail witch i ran on for like .3 miles maybe. then i went back. I felt really good and averaged like 7:30 i think.

| ran on deep canyon trail preston we thought it was gonna be chill run. no it was hard took us 33 minutes.

| Went to the arc, did 30 minutes on an electronic bike. 5 minutes warmup, 20 minutes pretty hard, 5 minutes cooldown.

| It was pretty cold. Me and Preston went over to a trail and ran up to first dam. Felt alright. After I did a small yoga seshun.
