| I am back. Today I went for my first run post mission. I hadn't run for a long time due to a severe plantar faciaitis that have had since last september. I have gotten some physical therapy and it has been feeling pretty good. So me and preston up here at Utah State went out and ran a bit just on campus. I felt pretty good. my heel maybe feels a slight ache right now, but no pain so thats super cool.

| Didnt run today, I'm taking it real easy here at first. I went to the ARC and was on the stationary bike for 20 minutes. It said I went 5.4 miles. I went hard i was drippin sweat. Did some weights after. |

| Ran on a sick single track trail up providence canyon. I got a mile up and saw a super beautiful sunset in the mouth of the canyon. Stood and looked and looked at that for a while. It was a little tough going back down i could hardly see cause it was around 830pm

| In the afternoon I ran over to the ARC and ran on the indoor track for about a mile. I believe their track is super x so that was suprising but felt really good to run on. Lifted weights for a nice while got swoll then ran back home. My foot felt very good for running consecutive days for the first time.

| started from my dorm on campus, headed up toward the canyon, cut through the country club gold course, and got up on the bonneville shoreline trail witch i ran on for like .3 miles maybe. then i went back. I felt really good and averaged like 7:30 i think.

| Ran over to the field house and legs felt good after some days of not running. So I did a time trial 300m in preparation for the winter showdown. Dropped a 39.85. My last 100 felt really slow my legs felt really heavy. And it was cause Preston clocked my 200 at 24. Happy with it, especially since I've done 0 hard running for 2 and a half years. |

| Today was the big day. The winter showdown 2018. Got in a mile warmup then dropped a 37.81 to walk away with bragging rights son. My goal was sub 37 but I'm happy with the victory, especially with a bum foot and 2 months of off and on training and 25 more pounds on my body than my high school race weight. |
