Am -  Ran Mustang Pass with Alex and my dad and the dog.  That's the trail I worked on for a school project, and this was the first time I'd ran it since doing most the work.  Wow, it was legit.  So fun to just run it and not have to wade through tumbleweeds or anything.  I need to do a few things, mainly work on the climb up to the pass.  Feeling really grate full to live where I can run 7 different trails the past 2 weeks all 15 minutes or less from my house.  Plus 20 more I could've run.

Am -  Ran Barrel Roll trail today, with my dad, Alex, and Julien.  And Sally the dog.  It was pretty good, I felt a bit tired after some hardish trail runs this week.  Next week starts some training for track.  Man, I sure ain't ready for it.  I wish I could never go to school again and run trails for days.

Am -  ran part of Mustang pass with some teammates.  Everybody but me, Alex and Julien turned around before the pass, we were gonna do they full loop.  Then we got to the pass a just started working on the trail up through there.  After that we were tired so we just cruised back to the park. About 4 miles, it was baller, almost rainy.

Pm -  Nice 6 miles in semi-rainy weather.  The team was back running together today, we ran down Telegraph Street 3 miles to a trailer park, then back to school.  Although I've thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful seclusion of running alone or with my fam the last two weeks, I also quite enjoyed being back with my bros and their hilarious stupidity.  What a baller day back to school.

Pm -  15 minutes warm up, then did a vVo2 max test aka 6 minute test.  I got out good, not quite as fast as a race.  Just kinda cruised through it really, steadily pushing more and more.  I finished with 1960 meters.  It was solid, it was maybe like a 95% effort, I just wasn't really inspired to go ham the last lap.  I guess my mind isn't really in race mode yet.  It felt spoice to run fast, it's been a while.  Cooled to 6.3 miles.

SUU is having me visit this Saturday so that's dope!  That's honestly looking like a pretty good option for college.

Went on a visit to SUU.  Adam Jensen was there and his teammate Jamison.  Also Pearson from stansbury, I raced him a state.  It was very good.

Pm -  Did 30/30 workout today.  Ran 10 minutes warm up.  It was 30 seconds running a certain length, 163m, based on our vVO2 max test last week.  Then 30 seconds rest.  Did 30 killer reps.  I actually felt pretty good, it wasn't too hard.  Then I got some gnarly gas built up in my stomach about 15 reps, I even had to stop for a sec.  Other than that it was supreme.  All my teammates were up running with me so that made it way more dope.  Cooled down to 7.2M.

Lifted weights.

Pm -  30/30 workout today.  Weather was cloudy and felt really cold.  Did 10 minutes of warm up then began the deed.  Last week, I was getting around 160-165 meters per rep, this time more around 165-170.  My fitness seems to be getting better, it wasn't too hard of a run.  I really felt smooth and fast and I focused on my knee drive which helped it go by quick.  Finished with 30 reps and cooled down 10 minutes, total of 7.3 miles.

Also got in the weight room and lifted.  Did light weight on the squats, slowly building up more strength in my piriformis.

Pm -  Dope shorts day!  I wore my jubilee shorts.

Warmed up 15 minutes then tempo on the track.  Our workouts still aren't much right now so it was 15 minutes, 6:04 down to 5:40 pace.  It was nice and relaxing, pretty fun running.  Except for my whole left leg, especially my hamstring was on fire.  Cooled down 15 minutes. And on our cool down loop near Harts, this idiot nearly runs our freshmen in the front over.  We all began yelling at him then coach holt led a chase right to his car.  After an exchange of words and fingers, all was good.

Lifted weights it was alright

Pm -  60/60 workout today.  Same as 30/30 but 30 seconds more hard and rest of course.  Had a nice crew of Paul, Dallen, Mitch, Carson, and Preston with me, it was fun.  I relatively easily (for a workout) pounded out 15 reps, and even without my hair I felt pretty solid.  Warmed and cooled 10 minutes so overall got 7 miles.  Lifted after.

Most of today was rough, beginning life with a clean cut hair do.  But when I got to practice with all my bros doing running I felt happy, they are dope friends.

pm -  Today our team was doing a vVo2 max workout.  I was maybe gonna do it if I was feeling good enough, but my stupid sickness is really lingering around.  I warmed up with them, then ran laps around the track while they did their workout, then cooled down with them.  Got about 6.2 miles.

Lifted weights after, I'm feeling a bit weak from being sick.

pm -  Ran an easy 40 minutes with the guys into Middleton.  The goal was to find Forest Park, and we did.  I've never been there it was epic.  Its like a little forest with a pond that has ducks, but its only about maybe 70m by 40m its tiny.  Back at the school did a mile of barefoot striders on the football field.  6.3 total.

The construction right by the track is coming along, I think it will look pretty nice when its done.

am -  Met up with some guys and girls at Vernon Werthon Park and ran up to the trail along SR-18 towards Veyo.  I brought my dad's old road bike for coach holt and he rode along side us with Twix.  I felt the best I have for a while on the flats and downhills, but my lingering sickness was really hitting me on the huge hills.  Overall it was a really good run, I love that route with all the red rocks and stuff.  St. George is awesome.  10.5 out and back.

Am -  Did a morning run with the team, that was fun.  I'll probably do 3 this week as I get my miles back up.  Stinking sore throat is still lingering a bit but for the most part I feel good.

Pm -  6 minute test this afternoon.  Warmed up 10 mins then did it.  I was leading the first 3 laps, I wanted to go out and get 2000m.  But being sick and 2 weeks of low easy mileage affected me more than I thought.  The last 2 laps I was just tired and didn't have much.  Got 1933, a deprovement, but I'll just do my workouts with Preston and Paul as I get back rollin.  Cooled down to 50 minutes.  6.6 on the afternoon.

Lifted a little.  Also got a track sponsor from children's dental #makeitrain

Pm -  Didn't run in the morning, don't wanna bump up my mileage too quick.  In the afternoon for practice we did some Old Man Hills.  4x800 at a pretty solid pace, they were decently hard with pretty tired legs.  I went 2:45, :44, :41, :35.  I really enjoy old man hills theyre complex.  Played a bit of football after.

Am -  easy 3.6.  I took it a little slower cause my legs were just dead this morning.  Root beer mile in the afternoon!

Pm -  First race of the season and wow it was full of action.  Preston organized it so that it was during the school fire drill so it was dang packed.  I was hoping to win as I was second returner.  Warmed up like .3 and got to the line.

I had dropped all my root beers so they were very foamy so that sucked.  I used Barq's by the way.  Mitch, Paul, Corbin, Jason, and Paul got out quick and I was just behind.  Second root beer mitch just took over, he was so OP this year.  His opening 809m was 2:46!!!  Including 2 root beers!  He went on to win in 6:39, too legit.  Paul threw up after two laps so he was DQ'd.  Jason and Corbin pulled away from me a bit and finished 2nd and 3rd unofficially.  The last two laps and root beers I didn't have much inspiration cause nobody was close to me, so I just cruised through to a 7:52 and unofficial 4th, a bit slower than last year.

Turns our Jason had thrown up and Corbin had dumped out approximately 5-6 ounces through two of his cans, so they were DQ'd and I officially took 2nd!

After, we went and ran on some cattle trails through Sandbergs desert, charged some cows, and finished up to 4.4 on the afternoon.

Pm -  Drove up to SUU with some guys to watch our bball team in the quarterfinals and they lost to a pretty good canyon view so bummer.  After that we went and chang behind a staircase in the Eccles Collesium; what a rush we were so exposed.  Warmed up 17 minutes then did 25 minutes tempo on SUU's track.  It ain't no lucious mondo surface, but it's way nicer than ours.  Me, Paul, Skylar, and Preston had a good group going, then preston dropped at like 10, then skylar at 20.  I was super tired, idk why, but me and Paul gutted out the last mile in like 5:35 it was good.  Averaged 5:52.  Cooled down to 8.5 miles then came home.

Saw SUU's XC bell ringer twice; once as we were eating at cafe rio she ran by, and as we were about to leave we saw her walking home.  That was awesome, Bryan even took a pic with her.

Pm -  Introduced some speed today.  Did 10 minutes of warm up then got going.  Started off with a rep at 800m goal pace (1:52) up to 600m.  I got 400m in 57 so I stopped there.  Unfortunately I felt pretty flat today.  Then 3 400's at mile pace (1:06.25), I got 65, 66.1, 67.2.  3 minutes rest then 2 400's at 800m pace (1:56), I got 62 and 65.  Just really feeling tired and not fast.  Recover another 3 minutes and just did what I could on the last 2 which were supposed to be goal 800m pace.  I went 65, then was able to relax and run a 62 which was good for the moment.  My body's not used to speed it's been 10 months.  Cooled to 6 miles.

Gonna go get me some shades.  The light has been killing me lately, I can barely open my eyes after workouts cuz their so sensitive.

Am -  Easy 4 to Starbucks.  Right soleus tight and bugging me.

Pm -  Sunrise hills, always a solid run!  8x20secs hard, with 10 seconds rest, break going back down between rep 4&5.  Legs felt way tired and flat running over to the hill, but I felt OK doing the reps.  Led everybody after Paul kinda disappeared.  Went back to high school to run the kid track meet.  6 miles total.

Am -  3.8 miles easy.  Kinda mad at Alex cause he never care about going to sleep and we share a room so I'm way tired.  Kinda feel sorry for him though, he's not in our 4x800 on Friday and I think he should be.

Pm -  Started off with yoga which is something.  After that ran 3.9 easy then 4x 200m accels.  Feeling tired and worn out, need some good sleep tonight.  4.9 total.

Pm -  Had a busy day today.  Therapy sesh at 11, bowling tourney at 1, Sterling Scholar interview at 3.  Got to the meet at DH at like 4.  Was supposed to do the 4x1600m at 4:45 ended being more like 5.  It was our 4x800 team, just did a chill mile each, I ran 5:20.  Ready for a beast 800m tomorrow, first of the season.

Gonna take tomorrow morning off, right calf has been so tight, starting to really bug.  Done everything, it just needs some rest.

No run this morning, my body needed the rest it felt waaaay good.

Pm -  Headed over to DH around 5, warmed up at 5:30.  Like the 4x1600m yesterday, the only team in the 4x800m was us, and our girls.  The goal was to take down our insane (sarcastic tone) school record of 8:20 from I think 1999.  Some how all the great runners who went through Pine View the last 7 or so years could never beat it.  Warmed up 2 miles, got spikes on, did a few strides, then I ran the last leg.  Felt tired and flat, but I ended up splitting about a high 1:56.  HUGE positive if I can run that and not have it feel fast.  We ended up with a 8:13, a school record.  Honestly I believe our guys in 2 years can beat they, but ya never know.  Cooled down to 7 miles.

Am -  Got up at 9am and ran.  Me, Alex, and padre drove up the road to mill creek trail head.  We ran 5 miles up into Washington Hallow.  It was super sick, going up into that wash, into the sandstone mountains below Pine Valley.  They're so much bigger than they look from my house.

Am -  3.4 easy run.  Right hamstring feeling weird and crappy, so I took it pretty slow.

Pm -  Had a PT appointment before practice and that helped a fair amount.  Warmed up 10 minutes then the workout I did was 2 800s and 4 600s at mile race pace.  Recover to 120 bpm.  It was supposed to be 6 800s, but I was not even close to getting the time 2:12. It frustrated me but Paul helped me chill and I had 4 solid 600s.  My legs felt super tired, idk why but who cares, we're right in the thick of the season.  Cooled down to 7.6 miles so I could have 11 for the day.

Am -  3.6 miles and I went slow cuz I was just tired and sore man, tired and sore.

Pm -  Had a therapy appointment right after school so I missed practice.  Those treatments are really helping my hamstring stay alive.  Got home and ran 5 miles, and I did four 200m pick ups at the end.  When I was running up the street, some guy yelled to me "keep running Bruce Jenner, you'll get the medal!" which didn't really make sense since he already won a gold medal.  Hopefully I reminded him of a beast decathlete and not a weirdo transgender dude.

Pm -  8.4 miles total in the afternoon.  I ran the 1600m today at DH Invite.  Warmed up 2 miles on a cool loop I invented last year, then another mile on the track before the girls seeded.  Got my spikes on and did like 4 strides then raced/tempoed.  Man I sucked, I just didn't race.  Got out in a solid 1:06 but after that idk I just didn't race at al, I ran.  I'm racking up in my mind as a nice touch up tempo for the medley tomorrow to get the negative feels out of my karma.  After that I ran the cool loop but added on to the golf course to get my miles for the day.  Honestly probably could have felt a bit better with 5 miles of warm up, I felt good after 8 miles on the day.

Am -  Got to the track around 8 so had a long time to chill till the medley relay.  I started my miles with the 800m guys on their warmup.  Ran 2 miles with them, then kept running around till 6 miles.  Getting closer to my race I jogged forever under the bleachers in the shade and got another mile.  Went out to the field, put my spikes on and did a few strides.  Felt decent, a bit tired but good.  My teammates did great and Paul gave me a great handoff into first place.  Two guys hung with me for 500 meters then I got far I head of them.  Solid run for me… then the drama began.

Snow Canyon coach was attempting to get us DQ'd for a long time and a bunch of bull crap.  Paul did take a few steps off, after he got pushed off the track. I was cooling down on the field forever to get my 10 miles in, just waiting for them do medley awards.  Our team was pumped cuz we are pretty sure we broke the school record.  They call it, and what do you know, they give Snow Canyon the first place medals.  I was so pissed wow.  Went out far for a second and chilled.  Turns out nobody who had authority ever DQ'd us so we won!  Shout out to Coach Holt for fighting for us.  Should be fun asking SC coach for our medals back at Dixie next week.  He walked off that field so smug, smh.

Shout out to Eugene, finally met him he's a cool dude.

Am -  Ok morning run today.  I felt good, but it was really cold.

Pm -  Such a rad, intense, speed workout today.  Did 10 minutes of warm up, then got into 400's of death.  Started with a rep at goal 800m pace (1:52) as long as I could up to 600m.  Came through at 57 and just dug till I lost the smoothness at like 475m.

Full recovery then three reps at 1600m pace (4:25), two mins jog between.  Times were 66, 65, 66.  Felt pretty relaxed on those, getting a bit tired on the last.  Had a head wind on the back stretch the whole workout.

Four minutes jog then two reps at 800m pace (1:56). Went 58, then I was so tired on the next one I kinda sucked with a 68.

Chilled for five minutes then went for another good rep, got 60.  Took five more minutes rest to get another good push, ran 59.  Had a hardcore headache for about 20 mins after but Alex got me some Ibuprofen and I was able to cool down to 6.8 total.

Overall a nice improvement from the same workout two weeks ago.

Pm -  Tempo this afternoon.  Did 2 mile warm up.  Then started 15 minutes at 5:20 goal pace.  It really wasn't too bad, I didn't really strain at all.  1st mile felt easy, 2nd mile my legs got a bit tired, 3rd mile was a bit hard but not bad.  Wore some shades today and it really helped to relax and not strain my eyes.

Am -  Quite a beast run this morning.  We saw some deer 1.5 miles in.  I stopped to stretch and was observing one.  It lept over the cement barrier guarding I-15 and it jumped over it and tried to cross.  The freeway is elevated so I didn't see it, but like 10 seconds later I heard a way loud thud and a crunch of metal.  So yeah that deer got wrecked, happy earth day to him.  Finished off running east back to the high school and observed a freakin beautiful sunrise.  3.8 miles overall.

Pm -  Drove to Dixie High after school to watch our milers race and do my run.  It was incredibly windy so they didn't run fast, but they ran alright.  Did 4 miles after that with some 200m strides.  Would have hung around at the meet but the wind just sucked so bad.  I got the 800m and 4x400m tomorrow.  5 miles overall.

Am -  Got to the meet at 8 chilled for a long time and watched our 2 mile crew.  My boy Julien did awesome, 10:11 and he's a freshman.  So proud.  After the 4x100m me, Paul, Skylar, and Alex went warming up.  We just ran around Saint George right in the middle of it.  I got about 4.5 mile then some strides before my race.

Race started out good speed, except we came through at 200 in 28 and it felt way to fast for a 28.  Usually I'm feeling great with 400 to go, ready to beast but man I had nothing today.  I felt pretty flat and just tried to hang on the last lap and qualify, which I did so that's good.  I had a good hard week of training so I ain't worried, it was good to get my first open 800m out of the way.

Jogged around for a while cuz I was anchoring our 4x400m team of me, Paul, Skylar, and Kawika.  It was such a beast race.  Kawika started out good enough we were in like 5th.  Skylar ran and another good leg and bumped us up to 4th.  Paul also came in clutch and got us into 3rd.  Our handoff was clutch and I was in 2nd chasing D-hells with Ike and a cedar dude right behind me.  I was gaining hard and I was thinking, "ooh baby I can win it for us."  Going onto the final straight Ike passed me and we caught d hills and we were all going ham.  Cedar came on me with like 10 meters left.  And bam, they ended up getting 3rd in front of us by .01 so yeah that sucked I wanted a medal.  But we qualified for state and I split a 50, possibly 49 so I'm very happy about that.

8.5 total for the day.

Times were 45, 44, 43, 44, 43, 43.    Last two got hard, definitely got some lactic acid flowing in the legs.  Had nice, cool and cloudy weather for this so that was awesome.  Cooled down to 8 miles on the afternoon then lifted weights.

1600m -  Did a nice warm up with our mile crew over at a park near Orem high, I did 3 miles then put my spikes on and did some strides.  It was pretty chilly but the wind calmed right at the start of our race, that was dope.  I got a good start and chilled the first lap.  Not sure what any of the splits are.  I saw Zack from Lone Peak and Patrick from AF were almost to split from the group so I surged passed some guys up to them.  Hung right behind zack for lap 2.  Start of lap 3 they started to form a gap, I responded and surged right onto Zack again.  4th lap we all just started to split apart.  I ran a perfect 3 laps and all I need was a decent last lap and I could have been like 4:18-4:20.  But I couldn't bear down hard enough and ran like a 1:08.  PR though, I'm happy with it.

Cooled down a mile with Alex.  Had lunch at 11:30.

Warmed up almost 3 miles for the 800m.  Start was ok, first 200 was 27 and I was chilling mid pack.  Chilled till 400 and tried to go but couldn't man.  I just tried to finish with a not horrible last 300m, lol it kinda was though.  I feel like the mile in the morning took a lot out of me, cuz dang I felt very tired in my legs.  Ran a 2:01.  I'm not worried though, I know I can run a beast 800m.  Just need a few things to come together.  I'm sure the sharpness in my legs will come out too these next few weeks as we start to taper.

Cooled down to the Secra Park I think with Paul and Skylar and we play disc golf with some random dudes we met.

Am -  Easy 4.  It was pretty nice I got decent sleep.  Awesome sunrise running back to the school around 6:33 am.

Pm -  Another long day with an AP test so I was pretty tired.  4 miles to my church and back.  Then 4 200's on the track.  Feeling a bit of a cold, so I need to get extra sleep tonight.  5 M total.

Am -  Ran 3 miles in the morning.  Not the usual 4 because I went back early to ice my hip flexor a bit.

Pm -  Got to Herriman around 3, and luckily it wasn't raining.  Only rained like twice the whole night for 10 minutes.  Chilled and watched races, ate some food, then warmed up with Alex, Skylar and Logan around 6:30.  We ran through a nice neighborhood next to the high school.  Got back to the school with plenty of time, took a gel, put my spikes on, did like 4 strides and some warm up stuff, then raced.

The start sucked, I got smashed into the back.  On the turn and back straight I really had to push my way through to the front.  I felt kinda bad, I was really aggressive, but position is so important in the ocho.  Moved up next to talon hull on the 2nd turn, then on the home straight moved into the lead.  Surged at the lap which was like high 57 and tried to get moving again.  From 300 out I just tried to keep the lead, I knew guys were coming.  Going to the final straight, a Bear River kid passes me and I surge to stay with him.  With 50 to go I dig even harder and gapped him by .4 seconds for the win.

It was good to win, but honestly I was a bit bummed.  I really thought I was running like a 1:55 or something, it was hard dude.  Whatever,  my speed will come down in the next two weeks as my miles drop.

Cooled down a bit, then like two hours later got ready for the 4x400 which was wild.  Our guys ran good, but coming into the last handoff, Paul was in last out of 7.  Everybody was right there though.  Our blind handoffs are pretty good and that moved us into 6th right off.  I passed a guy with 200m to go, then another guy with 75m to go and we got 4th.  I split a 50 so yeah, solid.  Good meet.  Ready for a great state meet.

8.6 miles in the whole evening.

Am -  Sprint workout in the morning.  3 sets of (3*150m @400 pace) with 90 seconds recovery.  3 minutes between sets.  So yeah I was going for 19 seconds.

Warmed up two miles.  First set was hard and I was in the 19's.  Next two sets were tough and I was in the 20's but I was just going all out on each one, cuz dang that's fast. Last one wow I just was digging hard.  My legs killed with lactic acid after, but that's a good feeling man, means you're workin.  Cooled down to 5.3 miles.

Pm -  Easy mid distance in the afternoon, 6.1 miles.  I felt kinda beat up.  Really need to ice my hip flexor, it's sore.  Lifted weights after.

Pm -  Ran the 400m at region.  Got a solid 2 miles of warmup.  Then put my spikes on and did a lot of drills.  I was very nicely warmed up.  But my race was garbage.  I ran 52.48 and I was hoping for a time in the 50.xx.   First 200 just felt ehh like I didn't feel fast.  Last 200 I had nothing in my legs I was just way flat.  Hoping to get some good sleep and wreck in the 4x400 tomorrow.  Lol missed the finals by .04.

Pm -  Chilled at Day two of region all afternoon waiting for the 4x400.  Watched some awesome performances and new state qualifiers.  It was so sick.  Finally started warming up at about 8.  Did 2 miles then about 1.5 more on the turf.  Put on my spikes and did some strides then raced.  Today was so much better than yesterday, I felt nice and powerful in my legs.  Really annoyed at myself for missing 400 finals by .04, I would have rocked a 50.73 I bet.  I split a 50 in the race and we PR'd, 3:29.  So proud of my team man, I wasn't sure we'd be as good as last year but we are better!  Cool downed a bit. 4.7 total.

Feeling ready for a great state meet.  It's nice mentally to have a little break from my main events, I'm hungry to run savagely at state and get some big PR's.

AM  -  Last mile of my high school career, it was a fun one.  I got a solid amount of warm up.  Starting the race the weather was perfect.  I had a good first lap, then 2nd lap I fell off the lead.  3rd lap was pretty weak, I fell back to 5th.  With about 450m to go I heard my dad yell, "you can still do it!"  I contemplated that for a second and just though like "wow, senior year, this is it, I gotta go!"  So I started chugging hard, I gained like 30 meters back and passed the leaders with 200m to go.  I was giving it all I had I thought I was gonna win.  Then jaiden passed me with about 50m to go and I had nothing left to fight back with, I'd been kicking for 400m now.  Yolo whatever it's a bummer but I still PR'd in my last mile.  Honestly not a great race overall even though I finished good and pr'd.

Later did the medley and split 2:02 it was rough I was exausted.

Pm -  Wow I'm feeling so sentimental writing this race entry.  I warmed up a good 3 miles for the ocho.  I didn't feel amazing, but pretty good.  I got a good start in the race, pretty much right into second behind Richfield guy.  I chilled right on him on the first lap then on the home straight where we had some unfortunate headwind.  Took the lead with 400m to go like I like to, I was gunning for the win.  Then with 250 to go Ike the freaking beast passed me and also Richfield guy.  I dug some more and stayed with them.  Stinking Ike just pulled away from us for the win.  I didn't have the zip in my step to close like I wanted, but I'm glad I stuck in and battled Richfield guy to get that second place.  Finished in 1:57, not a PR so overall I was fairly bummed.

4x 400m later, we kinda sucked, whatever.  At least we didn't get our baton smacked away like Davis.

I always wanted to win a track state championship and get a 1:54 to beat our school record.  At least I still got my Cross Country Title, and really, theres so much more important things in life than running races.  I loved high school track and XC so much, so many awesome memories.  Don't know for sure yet where I'm going to attend college yet, most likely USU or SUU since I have full rides to both.  I'd love to continue running in college, but we'll see where I'm at after 2 years in El Salvador.  Hopefully I'll still have the desire to run competitively.  I'll run occasionally and blog it till I leave July 12th.  Word out.

Started out just heading up Grapvine at 9am.  The desert so pretty, all the colors so vibrant.  I ran to the top of Grapvine to the base of what I'm gonna call Grapvine Volcano.  That was my goal, to summit the volcano.  It was kinda sketchy hiking through what I figured to be perfect rattlesnake territory.  There was a few abandoned tortoise caves I passed, then finally about 50 meters to the top I looked in a cave and boom, there's a tortoise staring at me.  It was epic.  The views from the top of the the volcano were also epic.  The run was six miles and I bet I hiked .5 miles.

This run was epic I'm gonna post pics on Twitter @nick____hill
