Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 6.5 up and down Grandeur Peak. Cloudy the whole way when the weather forecast 12 hours ago said nothing but sun.
PM: 30 miles on the bike.

Day off. Andy graduated from Alta High this morning. We're having a drop-in this evening and lots of people that used to post here on the fastrunningblog are coming. Looking forward to it.

Good race, I pushed myself pretty hard. Haven't raced since January so the 5k pain was a struggle.
