Been training quite nicely there Mr. Murphy. More racing coming up for you?

Yep, 10k this Saturday. Don't think I will match my 35:38 from last year, but a sub-37 would be nice.
Still being cautious and keeping the mileage under 60 mpw

Hey I was just reading the interview with Kramer on milesplit... That 4x mile was his hardest workout ever?!?!
Not bad 1:56 on Saturday... How did he split the relays? And how were there 300 boys in the mile? That must have taken all night!

Kramer ran two 1:56's this weekend. One in the 4 x 800, one in the open.
