I had to take the kids to the gym this morning since Ann worked last night and needed to sleep.

As is becoming our Saturday morning routine, we went to breakfast at Chick Fil-A after. My kids love that place and I love me some chikin biscuits too (that's the way the cows spell chicken). Went to story time at the bookstore after that.

We missed at the run this morning. Looks like you put a beating on treadmill again. One day I will stop by the Chick Fil-A and I am also intrigued by the Hardees Biscuits at Carl's Jr. Probably better to hold out as long as possible.

If you are still planning on getting in a LR tomorrow, and want some company, I'd be down to join you for somewhere in the 12-14 mile range.

Can I be part of the Chick-Fil-A routine?!

From Rob Murphy on Sat, Feb 04, 2012 at 16:53:23 from 76.27.122.13

You are welcome to join us Andrea. Although next Saturday we will be at Saltair.

Jake - how does 15 sound? Mostly uphill.

Yeah I'm good with that tomorrow. Start from your house? What time?

From Rob Murphy on Sat, Feb 04, 2012 at 17:14:54 from 76.27.122.13

Sounds good Jake. How does 8:30 at my house sound? We'll go up Emigration to the top of Little Mountain and then down into East Canyon and finish at I-80. Ann will meet us up there and drive us back down.

Pancakes here after?

Sounds good. I'll plan on that. Andrea might start w/ us and run the first few miles. And breakfast afterwards sounds good, too.

Sounds good.

I'll come for breakfast. Forget the uphill run..
