Good luck to Kramer - and to you too. I'm guessing his coach has him peaking just right and his somewhat subdued season will end with a bang! One kid from Fl made it out of the south region - Tyler Bennett. He verbally committed to UNF a couple weeks ago - Swoop! (yes, that is what the mighty Ospreys of UNF use as their catch phrase, while simultaneously stomping with one foot and bringing your arms extended at shoulder height down in a swooping motion - SWOOP!)

Yes, from For Myers. I noticed that. That is a big pick up for UNF!

Kramer has been dealing with some complicated nasal issues that I think have really affected his racing. He's having surgery over the break which the doctor is really optimistic about with regards to his running.

But I think he can do well. He won't be mentioned by Dyestat or Milesplit as a contender because of his struggles at state and Nike Southwest but his workouts have been going great and I think he will be in the mix.

Hopefully the webcast will be better than last years. If they stay with tradition, Kramer will be wearing the Blue of the West team.

Nice one Jake - Rob give any of us a yell if you are up to a 5am run tomorrow (exactly when I want to get up when I am traveling!).

That's funny Jake. I love St. George's slogan..."where summer spends the winter".

Should be "where early spring spends the winter".

Have a safe trip and have fun...good luck to Kramer!

Nice Ron Burgundy reference. Hopefully the new movie is as good.

Thank's Rob. Frankly, I've been a little disappointed that no one else commented on that. I expected more from Jake at least.

I thought Germany was founded by the San Diegons in 1804. Its been a while since I scored that perfect 5 on AP History. It was probably more like a 5.2.
