Two treadmill miles plus some strength training at Steiner while Abby swam. Took it easy today. I have 16 days off and I have it in the back of my mind that I want to run 200 miles over that time.

i have been thinking about attempting my first 100 mile week ever between christmas and new years. it would be fun to run the 100th mile on new years eve.

but 200 miles in 16 days? that is very impressive. good luck!

You are a sick individual, Rob.

How about a 30 miler on Monday afternoon?

Allie - thanks, and good luck to you too. We'll see how close I get.

Steve - OK, and I think I know the perfect course if you are talking about here in Salt Lake.

Yep, I get into Salt Lake about noon or so, so it isn't an drive at all. Man, it's a hard time of year to get these runs done.

Just looking at the mile idea in March, I have a thought of hitting three events. Why don't we set up a team? Even if it's only two, six events could score pretty good. Do you know how the team scoring works?

I reviewed times and they are fast. A mile would take about 4:23, an 800 about 1:58.
