Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Haha. You and Jeff both! In Philadelphia I got passed by an old guy on one of my recovery runs at about ~10' pace. I let him go. My 5k pace at the point was in the 5:20s.

Funny, Jason...
A few years back in Dallas (when I was a bit faster as well), I refused to let this college kid in terrible running gear pass me because I could tell he only had about a half-mile in him...and he really wanted to pass me. One of my more meaningful alpha male triumphs.
