I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run 

Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

Personal:

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Why aren't more people paying attention to Dakota Lange's blog. He's a stud.

6.5 miles around Liberty Park plus 8 X 100 speedy striders. Also did some core stuff and explosive burpees - inspired as I was by watching one of Hobie Call's workout videos on youtube last night.

Busted out the Ab Wheel when I got home.

I was stoked to see him pop up on here a couple months ago. Being a former 3A guy, it has been a lot of fun to see what he has been doing. He would have added a lot to a pretty stacked Utah field this year.
