Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.

Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.

I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

Lulu - I hate to be on the treadmill so much this time of year but it agrees with my achy legs more.
Going to try and do a longish run on the JRP this afternoon.

My PT is limiting me to the treadmill right now and I want to yell at all the apparently healthy looking people to get off the darned thing and outside :) I will now try to have some sympathy and assume they are all recovering from some type of injury too. Good luck with the longish run!

Glad to see you running again. The treadmill definitely has advantages for injury avoidance.
