Rough day. Couldn't fall asleep until around 2 am last night and then slept fitfully for about 5 hours. Mostly anxiety I think. Fielded a couple cranky emails from parents who don't like me reducing their kids grades 10% for assignments turned in a month late. Raged at our crappy weather and 33 consecutive days without rain ( a springtime record for Salt Lake), tried to take a nap but failed.

Finally got out for a run in the afternoon and had a pretty good wipeout on the trail. Now I'm cut up with a achy left wrist and right hip. I chalk it up to being sleepy while running a fairly technical trail.

Heavily medicating myself now and going to bed. Hopefully.

Sorry about the rough day. I kinda had one of those for part of the day on Tuesday as well. But Wednesday was better. :)
