Longest posting drought since I began this log in 2010. Just don't have much to write about. As usual, I did a 5 mile walk this morning. Waved at some runners I know out on their Sunday long runs and thought about the good old days.

My surgery is coming up on Thursday. If it works, I'll be back training and posting. If not, I'll move on to something else.

Good luck with your surgery!

I will be praying for you!

Hopefully everything will be successful and you will be back to running and posting here on the blog.

With so many of the posters on this blog listing you on their favorites list, you are kind of like that "Glue" that holds this blog together. It wouldn't be the same without you.

"Ganbatte" (means to "be tuff and hang in there" in Japanese)

Wish you well this Thursday. You’ll be back at it.

Best wishes with your surgery, Rob.

Megan and I are planning summer trips. One is to Port Austin. I've told her that a trip to Murphy's in Bad Axe is a must. Not sure when we are going, but I'll send you a photo.
