Nine miles in the gully on a beautiful afternoon.

We had the JV region track meet this evening at West Jordan High School. This meet is open to all the kids who didn't place at the region meet last week. It's tough to watch some of my seniors like Jacob Allred run their last high school races. Jacob will go down as one of my all-time favorite runners. I hope he's one of the ones that "gets it" and that he will stick with running for a lifetime.

Finished watching The Rookie with Dennis Quaid tonight with Andy. Fun.

Must be bittersweet. Kind of like parenting - hopefully they catch on and stick with it.
