Ran up Butterfield Canyon this morning with some of my kids. We had a small group today. Beautiful morning! Ran up ata decent pace, just under 8:30 pace. Then Tanner, Adam, and I had a good run down. 5:33, 5:33, 5:20 on the last 3 miles. 7:02 pace for the run.
