Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Felt good the last couple of days, so I decided to run today. Ran with the kids for a couple miles and then with Rory, who is visiting from BYU, for a mile on the grass. 7:46 pace.
Met the kids for a run on the Jordan River Parkway. There were quite a few kids for being the day after Region. We ran out to 14600 South on the trail and then got on the dirt lane going south. We ran into the trail again and took it until we hit 5 nad then can back the same way. Picked up the last mile a bit and ran 6:22. 7:19 pace for the run, felt pretty good.
