Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Afternnoon run for 3 miles up to Rosecrest and back on Leila. Last mile was 6:26 and a 7:13 ave. First 4 day week in 8 months. Felt better, still congested, but the knee was mostly ok. We'll see how it rebounds.
