I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran from Monarch with Chris up to the end of Rosecrest Park and back.  Way nice day after several cold ones.  Last mile was 6:47 and all were under 8:00.  knee was bugging on  the run though.  7:25 ave

Ran 3 miles by myself at practice out to Herriman Elemantary and back to the school.  7:36 ave.  Knee not horrible.

4 mile run up and down Butterfield.  Up with Mikaela and down with Derek Hansen.  7:55 ave.  I wore Hoka today and muy knee is way jacked now.  Not sure if if was the shoes, the downhill for two miles, or the back to back runs, but I can hardly walk now.
