Ran with Chris from Rosecrest on Mirabella and up private road to 6400 W, down Main, and back on 5600 W.  When we hit the gas station on 6400 W we did tempo.  I did a mile at 5:40 and Chris went on at 5:25 pace for 1.5 miles.  Ran back with the boys after the tempo.  7:01 ave for the 4.5 miles
