Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
PM- Same run as Saturday, but about 20 seconds slower. Deceivingly cold this afternoon. I never felt great on the run, but was glad I could get out for another 7 miler to start the week. 7:30 ave

No, I I might actually train this year and run some shorter races. I want to get back into halfs. I will do St. George of course though.
